Experience as Golf Professional / Division I Coach
Following a successful junior career as a multi-sport athlete, Kelly attended college at Eastern Washington University, graduating in 1991 with a Business Administration degree. She Joined the PGA of America in 1986 obtained her Class A status in December, 1991.
Coaching Approach
Kelly brings a unique background and experience to Spring Hill Country Club. Her love for people and sports has combined to provide a successful career in coaching and instructing. Kelly is in the one percentile of female professionals / head coaches to have coached both Division I men’s golf and men’s professional athletes. Kelly has a simple coaching philosophy focusing on engaging, empowering and encouraging others to reach their goals and improve their enjoyment of the game of golf. Her instruction techniques include a simple and balanced approach to the game of golf.
Experience as Golf Instructor – 20 years
Following a successful career as a junior golfer, Glen attended college at the University of Montana, graduating in 1992 with a Business Management degree. After coaching as a Teacher’s Assistant at a golf class offered at U of M, he became an instructor and discovered the desire to become a golf professional. Joining the PGA of America in 1993 obtained his Class A status in July, 1998.
Coaching Approach
Upon creating Tucson Golf Schools (2003) and The Golf Program at Miraval (2009), Glen has been focusing on developing new innovative coaching techniques while emphasizing the importance of a well-balanced approach to the game of golf. This encompasses balance, physical awareness, and a simple "Approach" to playing the game of golf. While coaching junior golf through professional level players, this approach has proven effective, efficient, and rewarding for players at any stage of their golf career.
